Why Mommyhood Diaries? I had spent many years in the human service field prior to becoming a mother, so I thought I would be completely prepared. Not quite! I was surprised by the sense of isolation I felt. Seeking solace with others moms, I discovered the need - but not necessarily the means - for mothers to feel connected. Since that time, I made it my quest to connect with other parents. I have spoken with and shared my experiences with thousands of women.
